Time seems to slow down here. Long, unhurried days where nothing is required and, for once, nothing is expected. A full day, not because an agenda dictates it, but because it simply feels right. A day filled with being here, looking, and enjoying.

Rêve effortlessly lends itself to beautiful holiday photographs. An eye for detail matters to us, and beauty naturally has its place here. But those who stay soon notice that this is only the tip of the iceberg. Beneath the surface lies a living whole in which everything is connected. Rêve is not a backdrop, but an ecosystem in which you, too, naturally become part for a while.
The animals often catch the eye and pose willingly, but their role goes far beyond that: they contribute to the care, the nourishment and the balance of the large kitchen garden. The surrounding wild nature is just as much part of this story. As a guest, you are invited to live along with the rhythm of the place, and to witness how we continue to explore ways of living ever closer to nature, without compromising on comfort or on a deeply personal and memorable experience.
What arrives on the table here begins long before the cooking. Almost always as a seed in the kitchen garden, nurtured with time and care. And when we serve meat, it comes from animals raised close to Rêve, within a small radius around us. Those who eat here taste that words like local and artisanal are not labels, but everyday little paintings on the plate. What you eat has an origin — and we treat it with care.
At the table, everything comes together that grows and is made here: homemade preparations, freshly laid eggs, a dressing, a sauce or a juice shaped by this place and by creativity in the kitchen. Everything is homemade, nothing anonymous. Those who gather at the table notice how time and attention deepen flavours, and how nothing needs to be wasted when there is room to make.
Food here is also about sharing stories. About the garden, the season, the people behind the produce. Sometimes that producer even joins us at the table. Breakfast is served every morning, and on a few evenings each week we cook a full dinner: never with a fixed menu, but guided by what the land offers that day, that week or that season.

You don’t have to do anything here. But for those who feel like it, there is space to make. Putting your hands in clay naturally invites focus and attention, bringing a sense of calm without any effort.
In the ceramics studio, the process comes first. From a simple lump of clay, something new slowly takes shape. Nothing needs to be finished, nothing needs to be perfect. The joy lies in trying, feeling and beginning again. During the workshops, we see how this naturally creates shared time between family and friends — being busy together, without distraction. What you make may stay, but more important is the joy found in the act of making itself.
Alongside making and being together, there is also space to simply let things unfold. The domain invites movement or, just as easily, stillness, without the need to organise anything. There are places for yoga, walking paths through our own woodland and electric bikes to explore the surroundings.
Just a few steps from the accommodations, the river flows by, with its sandy and pebbled riverbank and pleasant swimming temperatures in summer. The wellness (a wood-fired hot tub and sauna) is located right next to your stay. Those wishing to relax even more deeply can book a massage.

Everything is close at hand, yet nothing asks for attention. You choose what fits the moment, the weather, the season or simply how you feel that day.
Those who like practical clarity will find all useful information — from wellness and massages to walks and cycling — in the Rêve app.
And for those who prefer to wander a little further, to dive into stories about life here, the seasons, the surroundings and all that shapes this place, our journal is there to explore.

Sometimes you want to experience this place not on your own, but to share it with people close to you. With family, friends, or a group that consciously wishes to take time together. In that case, Rêve can also become a destination for your group, whether fully or partially reserved for you.
You then share the rhythm of the place: eating together, slowing down together, with space to simply be and to create, while respecting everyone’s need for rest and privacy. The different accommodations offer comfort and seclusion, while the domain itself invites connection and togetherness.
This way of experiencing together suits large families, groups of friends, retreats or small teams who choose attention, simplicity and shared time. Rêve is not a party venue, but a place to celebrate life in its quiet, layered form — or to create space for inspiration as a group, in close connection with nature.
Food and care are attuned to the rhythm and wishes of the group.
